THREE SETS OF IDEAS AND EXPERTISE
Our collaboration began in 1997 when Voltan began exporting their delicious fresh pasta to Rondanini UK. So successful was this arrangement that in 2005 Voltan and Rondanini invested to acquire Giordani a pasta producer from Venice. In 2011 Rondanini acquired the majority interest of Salvo1968 a leading Italian food distributor. In 2014 Voltan partnered again with Rondanini to acquire Antica Pasteria, a pasta producer from Milan. In 2017 Voltan and Rondanini agreed to form a new holding group called Vita Food Group.
